Since then he’s given us an enormous amount of help with arranging and negotiating with builders, and all the other hassles of life in a new country and home.

The agent very kindly collected me from my hotel and drove me to see many properties in my chosen location and price range. Nothing was too much trouble for him, also returning to my preferred property many times.

Agent very professional but very human and very patient!
He takes account of your desires, your exigences, your budget and will visit dozens of homes if necessary until you find THE house that you want. He will look for you all the necessary information’s before buying your house (building permits, license pool, arrival and license city water, electricity …) He will be a good advice if you are unsure to buy for one or another reason. He will help you in all necessary steps, will find or will recommend you on a bank, a notary, a lawyer (avocado), etc…. We were VERY VERY VERY satisfied with his services and recommend him very highly!

Occasionally in life fate introduces you to someone who is so helpful and knowledgeable that it restores your faith in their trade. Estate agents in the UK do not have a high reputation and we feared the same may be true amongst those selling to the ex-pat community in Spain. Then we met Dierk who threw all of those preconceptions out of the window. Not only did he find us a home but he helped us at every step in the process as our guide and interpreter from getting our NIE registration, legal representation for purchase and Spanish wills , Bank account, (at an excellent rate) through to ensuring the utilities were all transferred after completion. However it did not end there and, several months after purchase Dierk is still willing and quick to respond to questions and provide his opinion and knowledge on internet and other things. We were given a very special and incredible kind of help from Dierk of Andalucia Real Estate, when we were looking for an apartment in the districts east of Malaga.
